Terms of use

Last updated: 20 August 2026

The service

AI-Pix provides free image tools that run in your web browser. All processing happens on your device; AI-Pix never receives, stores or has access to your files. The tools are provided free of charge, without registration, for personal and commercial use.

Your responsibilities

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to process any image you use, and for keeping copies of your originals — the tools create new files and never modify the ones on your disk, but you should still check results before relying on them.

Pro licence

AI-Pix Pro is a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Pro features (batch processing, higher limits) in the browsers you use; a reasonable number of your own devices is fine, sharing a key publicly is not. Lifetime means for this product for as long as it exists, with updates; monthly renews until cancelled and stops working shortly after the last paid period. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy under their terms; refunds within 14 days of purchase on request to [email protected]. If we ever discontinue Pro, lifetime licences keep working for as long as the site is up.

No warranty

AI-Pix is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Results depend on your browser's image encoders and may differ between browsers. We don't guarantee the site will be available at all times or that any particular output will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI-Pix and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the tools — including loss of data or image quality. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the images you process. The AI-Pix name, design and code remain the property of the operator. You may link to any page freely.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
